FAQ'S

Q: What is different about your course?

A: Not only are you trained by educated, qualified trainers with years of industry experience, they are also competitive athletes who have years of training and nutritional experience to pass on the “real life” skills they have acquired - not just information written in text books. Also, we have a purpose built, professional and fully equipped training facility with the latest  strength & cardio equipment from the USA as well as access to boxing & kick boxing facilities for you to learn your skills in the most professional environment.

Fitness Training is no different to any other industry, ie. You wouldn’t expect to learn to drive a car without actually driving the car!!  The same applies with learning to be a PT, you must be able to learn using the equipment and tools used by a PT.
That’s why we have developed this Elite Level Training Centre for our students to be the best in the Industry. You will learn nutrition, group fitness, boxing to a coaching level, speed and agility, movement based games, plyometrics, strength & conditioning, business units, marketing and you will be in a gym everyday! Plus heaps more - You won’t get all that anywhere else.

Be trained by the Leaders in the Industry at Human Performance Centre and stand out from the crowd.

Q: What do I need to bring to the course?

A: All course materials including the following are supplied:-

  • Resource Materials:
  • Professional Compendium;
  • Pen and Note Pad;
  • Sports Bag;
  • Towel;
  • Sports Supplementation Sample Pack.

Tea & coffee is provided. We also have a fridge, microwave for you to utilise, so please bring your meals.

Q: What do I wear?

A: Simple, comfortable clothes that you would normally train in. Enclosed footwear is essential as you will be in and out of the gym, on the beach and park etc, multiple times.

Q: What are the qualifications that are recognised in the fitness industry?

A: There are only 3 Nationally Recognised Qualifications from the Fitness Package:-

  • Certificate III SRF30206
  • Certificate IV SRF40206, and
  • The Diploma of Fitness SRF50206.

For a qualification to be recognised it must have one of the abovementioned codes on it. It should also have the 'Nationally Recognised Training' symbol on it as well. These are Government approved recognised courses. Be careful when someone offers you something else as quite often it's not worth the paper it's written on. Check with Fitness Australia for qualifications that are recognised and they will give you the same list as stated above. There is nothing else! Most are just marketing hype so “buyer beware”.

Q: Are HPC Courses Internationally Recognised?

A: Yes, through an international mutual recognition process with Fitness Australia, Register of Exercise Professionals, you can take your HPC qualifications around the world once you are registered with Fitness Australia.
