About Me
I believe in order to be the best you can be in life no matter what your goals you need to give 100%, this principal applies especially in fitness whether it be weight management, body sculpting or training for a specific sport you need to be committed.
Being a focused determined trainer I will be there with you every step of the way pushing you through every rep helping you to reach those goals.
Every session with me will be personalised to suit your goals and will include variety to keep you motivated.
I also strongly believe that along with a suitable training program nutrition is also a vital aspect, having completed an Advanced Nutrition course I can give you the advice needed to ensure you are giving your body the best nutrition possible by tailoring an eating plan to suit your needs.
Being trained by an elite Personal Trainer and utilising state of the art equipment at HPC you can be assured your goals will be achieved
Prefer to train outdoors? Training sessions can be held in a location suitable to you, if you prefer to train at the beach or home we can work a program to suit this.
Bootcamp/Group Training held every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30pm in the park at Southern Skies Avenue Reedy Creek. (The Observatory)
