Nick has a strong background in fitness with experience in Martial Arts and 10 years of Resistance training. With this experience and formal training at the Human Performance Centre (HPC) he has acquired a wide range of training techniques and an extensive knowledge of dietary and nutritional requirements. Through a combination of varied and fun training sessions with a nutritional diet plan to match, he can design a program which will enable you to achieve your goals and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. These sessions can be in a park, the beach or in our state of the art gym.
