Ryan has an impressive sporting background, having lived, trained, raced and studied in various countries all over the world from the United States and Canada to most of Europe. Having competed since the age of 5 Ryan reached the highest level in the sport of swimming, the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

His arsenal of qualifications includes his formal Fitness Qualifications through Human Performance Centre (HPC) as well as Advanced Nutrition. Ryan is a Certified Boxing Instructor as well as being a fully qualified Massage Therapist and is currently studying a Bachelor of Sports Management at Bond University.

Whether it be in the state-of-the-art gym at HPC, in the park, at the beach, in the pool or at your own home, you can rest assured that Ryan has the right tools to meet your goals.
